What a morning! We motored out of Depoe Bay just after sunrise with a full crew of six eager anglers and calm seas ahead. By the time most people were finishing their coffee, we were already loading up on limits of fat rockfish and lingcod. The bite was on fire, rods doubled over, and grins all around.
By 10:15 AM, we were cruising back to the dock with full coolers and a boat full of happy fishermen. Doesn’t get much better than that!
Looking to get in on the action? The ocean is lining up nicely over the next week, and we’ve got a few prime days open for bottom fishing and crabbing: Thursday (4/17), Saturday (4/19), Monday (4/21), and Tuesday (4/22). Spots fill fast when the bite’s this hot, don’t wait!
