Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking a Trip:
To reserve your fishing charter, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking. A deposit of half of the ticket price is due at the time of reservation to secure your trip. The remaining balance is due on the day of the charter.

Cancellation by Customer:

• More than 7 days’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your trip with no penalty and your deposit will be fully refunded.

• Less than 6 days' but more than 2 days' notice receives 50% refund of the deposit

• Less than 48 hrs notice: Your deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations: You will be charged the full charter amount.

Cancellation by Captain:
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather, ocean conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, the captain reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a trip at any time. If we must cancel, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.

Late Arrivals:
Charters leave promptly at the scheduled time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure. If you are late and miss the departure, it will be considered a no-show.
