Weather & Safety
An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
Weather Conditions:
Fishing charters are subject to weather and ocean conditions. The captain will assess the forecast and sea state using the latest marine reports. If conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for fishing, the trip may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled at the captain’s discretion. Your safety always comes first.
Captain’s Authority:
The captain has full authority over the vessel and all decisions made during the trip. This includes changes to the itinerary, fishing locations, or early return to port if conditions deteriorate or safety is compromised.
Guest Responsibility:
All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Life jackets are available on board for all passengers and must be worn if instructed. Guests should be physically capable of boarding the vessel and participating in the activity. If you have any medical conditions or mobility concerns, please inform us in advance.
Seasickness:
Ocean conditions can be unpredictable. If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking preventative measures before departure. Refunds will not be given due to seasickness.
